5e table notes · unofficial

Homebrew

Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition work from Vanduke’s table. Four full classes — Rider, Undertaker, Sorcerer V2, the Mongole — plus circles, oaths, races, a bestiary, the Void, and the odd bag that should not be opened. Original sheets, grouped the way they were written.

Read this first

This is unofficial fan homebrew. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or anyone else whose worlds wandered onto these pages. It is table paper from a Lancaster campaign, kept as it was written — spelling, math, and all.

Some sheets borrow faces and names from other stories (hellfire riders, graveyard showmen, desert burrowers, crystal blades). Those are inspiration for a home game, not a claim on those works. Click a page to read it at size.

Classes

Four full 5e classes from the same table. The Rider is hellfire and a chain. The Undertaker is grave dirt and tomb books. Sorcerer V2 is the innates rewritten. The Mongole is desert survival, cards, and fists. They are separate homebrew. They can sit in the same campaign.

Full class · 1st–20th

The Rider

A Spirit of Vengeance class. Pact with the Devil at 1st, Powers of Hellfire, an Eldritch Chain, and three paths at 3rd: Chains, Retribution, and Angels. Penance Stare, Smell Lies, and a hell beast named Micfiesto. Charisma casting, warlock-shaped slots, invocations that hang off the chain. Pages kept in reading order.

Full class · 1st–20th

The Undertaker

Morticians who kept the graveyards, then learned the forbidden side of that work. Constitution casting, no metal armor, tomb books that only they can read. Death’s Hand, the Tolling Bell, Turn Day to Night, Turn to Shadow. Three tombs — Resurrection, Scripture, Endurance — and a 1st–20th table that goes to 9th-level slots.

Full class · 1st–20th

Sorcerer V2

The innates, rewritten at the table. d8, light armor, Constitution and Charisma saves. Charisma casting, Font of Magic at 2nd, Metamagic at 3rd / 10th / 17th, and an optional 14th-level school steal — Bard through Wizard. Origins still sit at 1st, 6th, 14th, and 18th. Pages kept in reading order.

Full class · 1st–20th

The Mongole

Desert survivalists of Faerûn. Light armor, martial weapons, cartographer’s tools, Wisdom and Dexterity saves. Fighting Style at 1st, Call of the Wild at 2nd, then a Wild Card at 3rd that writes the rest of the life — War, Flora and Fauna, or Insight. Extra attacks climb to three. Unarmed might, flurry, deflect missiles, tireless. Spelling kept as written.

Subclasses

Druid circles and a paladin oath from the same Icewind Dale / Faerûn table. Circle of Earth and Circle of Crows talk to each other. The oath stands on its own.

Druid subclass

Circle of Earth

Flora of Faerûn. They will fight other druids who abuse the land. Roses Grip, Tree of Life, Mold to Earth, Growth Spurt. Circle spells run disguise self through dominate person.

Druid subclass

Circle of Crows

Life and death in the same flock. The Calling brings crows. Cloak of Feathers, Repel Plague, Flock’s Sight, Call from the Grave. Will-o’-wisps sit next to this circle because the grave work summons them.

Paladin subclass

Oath of Protection

Safeguard of people and settlements. Grumbar, Chauntea, Helm, Eldath. Tenets tattooed over the heart. Channel Divinity for a bubble of protection and for life force. Life Beyond Death at 20th.

Races

Player races from the same setting pass. Beastfolk first, then giant-kin, spider-kin, aboleth-blood, and a lizard line with ancestries. Where two sheets cover the same people, they are stacked — drafts, not replacements.

Race · two drafts + monsters

Verbeeg

Giant-kin of cold ranges. Deceptive and honest to a fault — one wrong word and they snap you in two. Two player writeups (an early guild-sheet and a longer Icewind Dale pass) plus three monster cuts: feral half, undead, and full feral.

Race

Spiderkin

Born the night Chodalewood pilgrims were forcibly altered. Eight eyes, spider jaws, a hunger they did not ask for. Web Weaving, Spiders’ Thrill, +1 DEX. Chaotic, and a few hold the line anyway.

Race set

Beastfolk of the trade roads

A matched set: Baredier (bear), Slothakin, Tigari, Tortamadre, Dova (dog), Elekari (elephant), and a surviving fragment of Chikmiri / Chikcdiri. Same layout, same table. They were meant to sit together.

Race

Abelonian

Distant offspring of aboleths. Tentacle lower half, mind control, hover. Teachers and librarians when they come to the surface. Enslave, Attraction, Mental Fortitude. Minds that do not degrade.

Race

Half-Ogre

Draven’s guide to chaos. Isolation, the Dales as the exception, Frightful Appearance, Unstoppable Destruction, Mountain Born. Two sheets: lore, then the numbers.

Race · ancestries

Liezara

Lizard folk of Thay, Rashamen, Thesk, and the sword coast. Horns, fangs, wings, tails — not half-dragons. Ancestries: Aquarius, Soarin, Sagittarious, Feyluen, Demonica, Lazerious, Shadin.

Bestiary

The burrowers and the screamers. Graboids, shriekers, ass blasters — a family of monstrosities, including ice, hatchling, king, snake, and El Blanco. Built as one set. Verbeeg monsters live with the race, not here.

Monstrosity family

Graboids

Sand trap, death’s pull, burrow bite, tail swipe. The desert sheet, the ice sheet, El Blanco, the hatchling, the king, and the snake. Same chassis, different dirt.

Monstrosity family

Shreikers & ass blasters

The things that come after the graboid. Heat sense, Shreik, flesh tear. Kings of both lines. Same maker’s block as the graboids — they belong in the same hunt.

The Void

A school of negative space. Not a class — a magic that wizards, warlocks, artificers, rogues, rangers, and sorcerers can take. Dangerous to the caster. The pages are one guide: what the void is, how to harness it, spells, auras, resistances, enchanting.

Magic school

Voids in 5e

Physical empty space and the negative energy that needs it. Concentration is the knife edge. Crystals to hold the charge. Most warlocks will not touch it. Giants, verbeeg, and goliaths resist it. Fiends are weak to it. Ghosts are immune.

Gear

Items from the same campaigns. The Druid’s Vow is Icewind Dale steel. Flask Lock is a potion pistol with its own ammo list. Unstable crystals are grenades. One bag is a joke and is filed with the jokes.

Weapon · Icewind Dale

The Druid’s Vow

Forged from a wildfire druid after Auril froze the dale. Crystalized soul. Party-bound: you can use it if you swear to protect Icewind Dale. Zeras Soul, Spiritual Guidance, The Protector.

Weapon + ammo

Flask Lock pistol

Seth Geko’s line: peace in death he could not give. Four potions as rounds — light, aquatic, fire, earth — plus a longer shop list of common through legendary potions for the same table.

Item · grenade

Unstable magic crystal

A charged crystal that grew wrong — or had too much juice put in. Coin-flip to charge. Heads it lives, tails it blows. Intended use: throw it. 40-foot range, 10-foot blast, 2d10 of the crystal’s type.

Far tables

Sheets that walked in from other rooms: a small Force-touched folk and their larger cousins, crystal blades, and a Tarkatan line (full, half, feral). Filed together because they are not Faerûn-native. They still ran at this table.

Races

Yakkin & Wookies

Yakkin: small, old, Force-touched, lawful good, 3 feet and a long life. Wookies: the louder cousins from the same break. Marksmen. Paws that hate martial hilts.

Weapons

Lightsabers & Kyber

Hilt, crystal, dampening stone, focuser lens. Color is damage type. Pistols and rifles exist as prototypes that usually explode. Crystal table from white slashing through pink psychic.

Race · three cuts

Tarkatan

Outworld stock that washed into Faerûn after a civil war and a cloning disaster. Full Tarkatan, Half Tarkatan, and Feral. Fangs, bone spike, bone-armored hide.

Table jokes

These ran at the table. They are not balanced. They are here because they were written. The Dungeon Master race and a bag that is already spoken for.

Joke race

The Dungeon Master

Tactical Studio Rules, 1974. Easy Pass. RAW. Samuel L. Jackson. Vin Diesel. Do not file this next to Verbeeg.

Joke item

Used bag of holding

A sack of holding with 200 of 600 pounds already committed. CON 29 to empty it. The flip is an 80-foot cone. Bonus action: roll a d100. You have been warned.
